My dad has an electric set which I believe is a roland. it’s pretty nice and it has a port for a large sd card. He has one (card) alread, which has different sets from different bands. I am wondering if I can download sets online to put them on one of these cards.I will rephrase this later when I have more information, but thanks for any help.

I need to read some articles about Roland electronic drum sets which are written by the real users. Specially I want to read something real about Roland TD9SX. Do you know a site which have such kind of articles?

For instance, I like the Roland snares. They have rimshot ability and a real drum springback feel superiior to rubber pads. Must you have a Roland ‘brain’ or can the trigger be used with other ‘brains’?
