i am interested in the ion audio 5 piece midi

I was thinking about getting an electronic drum set for my boyfriend for Christmas but I don’t really know anything about them. I’ve noticed that a lot of the sets are over ,000 and I don’t want to spend that much. I found this one on the Best Buy website but I’m not sure if it would be any good

lookingfor a electric drum set for my wife. We had our daughter 2 years ago so we had to sell her old one. Now we have room and enough money, I am looking for a good affordable one.

I just ordered the Ion Audio – Sound Session 5-Piece Electronic Drum Set. It says something about connecting it to a computer. Can i only use it when it’s connected to a computer? Is it good? Can i use it like a normal drum set? Give me as much information as you can please! thank you!
